Buddha

I've fallen in love with a Buddha candle-holder.

This photo of Lou's is now on my desktop and I am on the hunt for one of my own.

There are many Buddhas out there but this is the only one I've seen so far (in my internet search) that I want to sit with.

      The store where Lou bought hers has one identical to this one, if a little darker. Guess who will be phoning there today to give them her credit card number.

    That's really sweet. (Although, technically, that's not a Buddha but the boddhisatva, Budai, who is a possible future Buddha. Some people call it the Laughing Buddha.)

      I had a tiny blue one given to me several years ago, but quite different from the one that is now coming in the mail.
