A letter came from Women for Women, informing me that Naomi, the young woman my monthly donations have been sponsoring in the Democratic Republic of Congo, is finished the program and another lady has been registered. Sifeta, in the second photo, lives in Bosnia and was born the same year as me, 1959.
Naomi is the same age as Emil, 22, and is raising three of her own children and a nephew. I'm looking forward to the report detailing how the Women for Women program has helped her and her family.
And I wonder how Sifeta is pronounced.
