You might think that Ducky is not a favoured entity in our house due to some of Scott’s nicknames for him: Shitstick. Fartlick. Tickbait.
But this little dog is adored. Scott pets
him and croons, “Oh, you.”
When
Scott comes in the door after work, he looks for Ducky.
When he sits on the
couch, he calls for Ducky.
When he leaves for work in the morning, he kisses
Ducky and pats me
on the head.
