Why thank you Maggie; the people *are* pretty fabulous and the house is a beaut. They are doing all the landscaping from scratch, which requires more energy and ambition than I would have in 10 lifetimes. Shelly and I have been buddies for more than 30 years. I can hardly believe we're that old.
