Tuesday, I Meant Tuesday

Taken from the living room window just now.

I love it.

Mostly because I don't have to go out in it, and snow means there's no pressure to go out and work in the garden.

Wow, Pat, thanks for this link:
How fascinating is this, to have sitting open on my desktop?
A bald eagle sits atop her nest and we're looking right in on her from behind; she swivels her head, she adjusts her position, she picks at some moss (well it could get dull after a while, sitting there; baby must be asleep). We hear her moving; we hear the traffic below. It's noisier than where I live. Boats on the water, maybe. Now some crows or gulls. A fly has landed on the nest. Don't suppose she'll bother with it.

  1. Snow? There are days when I don't need any excuse not to go out and garden....The indoor work never stops, so in or out -- it doesn't really matter.

  2. Here you go, Kate!

Same idea: similar background noises, same fidgeting by bored bird, the opportunity to watch weather happening, etc.

Only here it's a pair of storks (with five eggs, at the moment):

  3. OHHHHH NOOOOO not more snow. Its cooled off here and the temps will be heading down into the single digits by the weekend of course! Hope we don't see any of the white stuff. Keep warm. Going to check out your links.
