Great Sorrows

Great sorrows are dumb.
 There is no consolation;

        It is a matter of regaining

One's balance.

  1. Every single face in your last photo is worth a book. Did you title this Great Sorrows for a reason linked to your grandfather?

    1. Yes; Grandpa has been gone almost 20 years, and as you know I'll never be "over" my mom being gone. I chose the poem because it's so very true about the grief that accompanies loss of loved ones and friends, and lifted the title from the first line of the poem.
