I can't bring myself to cut down flowers that are still green and blooming (ish)(well, there is still life). I don't have a vegetable garden with all its late summer tyranny over the life of its keeper. What's a girl to do outside, then?
Why, a leisurely stroll down the road is just the thing.
I went and snipped up some coltsfoot.
The dogs are always up for any sort of jaunt.
