Wasn't she cute?
Spotted it on one of the Corrie webpages, the Canadian one I think it was.
I haven't been watching the show much lately — who has time for TV? Not me. At least, not much.
There may be plenty of good shows (that is, if the frequency and repetitiveness of commercials didn't spoil them), but I don't want to sit there long enough to watch them.
I'd rather be reading.
Um hello? I read you & watch the fizz bomb!
ReplyDeleteThat's right, Helen. Thanks for reminding me! I try not to assume anything ....
DeleteI'm a few posts behind.
ReplyDeleteI love the artwork in the "corner!" It's fantastic!
I went for a walk yesterday and I thought of all my bloggy friends who walk in the country and the whole thing just made me feel good.
My mom loved Coronation Street.
My mom, too! When it was on the TV, you couldn't talk to her. I used to tease her for being so uncool as to watch that show. Now I am one of the Great Uncool myself!
DeleteToo bad we don't live closer, we could walk together. Company out there would be so nice.
We no longer have television reception, stopped paying those bills more than a year ago. One fo the few things I miss about television is Coronation Street, and the Weather Network. I began watching Coronation Street in 1984 (how Orwellian is that), and it had been around for quite awhile by that time.
ReplyDeleteNever could get into Coronation St, even though almost every other member of my family was hooked. Given what my days are like lately, that was a good thing.
